Andy holds an MS in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University, USA and a Bachelor in Technology from IIT Kanpur, India. Andy is passionate about technology education in young children and volunteers in local community to support STEM education.

Munshi is a consulting services veteran with over two decades of experience in delivering solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Munshi is responsible for technology and operations of Accelerant. Munshi holds a Master’s from Rutgers University, USA and a Bachelor in Technology from IIT Kharagpur, India. Munshi is passionate about soccer, and enjoys coaching soccer to young kids.

Avi is a well-established leader in the industry with a track record of taking concepts to clinical and ultimately leading to successful global commercial approvals of the technology. His passion for clinical research comes from the belief that everyone should have rapid access to safe and effective innovative technologies. Avi manages Strategy and execution for all life science initiatives at Accelerant. Avi hold multiple graduate degrees in Engineering from the University of Southern California. Avi is an avid hiker, always looking for his next challenge.
